Please pack a water bottle, wide brimmed hat and healthy lunchbox.
If your child requires a day sleep you may also pack them their favourite blanket and cuddly toy - sleep mats are provided at the centre.
We also provide sunscreen at the centre but if your child requires a specific type of sunscreen due to allergies, senstivie skin or prefers to use their own you may bring one for them to use.
We also recommend packing 1-2 spare changes of clothes for your child to cater for accidents and all seasons/changing weather conditions.
The current fee is $155 per child per day. We have the Childcare rebate and childcare benefit in place for those who are eligible. The fees are inclusive of morning and afternoon tea, the Japanese and sport as well as all incursions/excursions.
If you have any questions regarding fees or rebates please don't hesitate to contact us.
Please ensure that your child is dressed in sun-safe and protective clothing at all times. This includes t-shirts or longsleeved shirts, dresses that cover the shoulders, wide brimmed hats and enclosed shoes.
We ask that you also provide spare changes of weather appropriate clothes in your child's bag - including spare underwear and socks.
Please notify the staff at the centre as soon as you are aware that you will be late. The centre closes at 5:30pm, after that time you will be charged an additional late pick up fee of $5.00 per minute.
Yes!
However we do require a written confirmation from you prior to this via email, with the persons name and relationship to you/your child. ID will be required before they are able to collect your child. Please ensure any authorised friends/family members collecting your child are over 16 years of age. This is a legal requirement and your child will not be authorised to leave the centre with anyone under the age of 16.
If your child is not enrolled full time with us, you may request additional days of care.
However as we are at capacity, to do this you will need to call or email the centre as soon as you know you need an extra day. If there is a space available the staff will book you in, if no space is available at the time, staff will notify you as soon as they are able to if a spot becomes available..
As we are a nut free centre, we request that you read the packaging of individual food items before placing them in your childs lunchbox. We store all lunch boxes in a fridge at the centre. We reccomend filling your child's lunchbox with healthy and nutritious foods such as sandwiches, wraps, pasta, yoghurt, muesli bars, fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately we are unable to heat up any food for your child on the premises however you are able to bring warm food in a thermos that can be kept in the child's locker.
If your child has an allergy or requires medication please advise this on your enrollment form as well as informing staff of any current medications and information required to administer the medication.
There is a medical form to be filled out and signed each day, medication is not to be stored in the children's lockers. On this form please include the dosage and frequency of administered medication.
We store all medication in a locked box inside the fridge, please give any medication to staff on arrival so it can be stored securely and appropriatley.
We are a nut free centre, and do our best to cater for individual allergies such as lactose, gluten and anaphylaxis through our centre menu and planned cooking experiences. Please advise us of any allergies or intolerances your child may have so we can work with you to accomodate their needs.
